The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of Drafting & Prosecution of Patent Applications, managing the timely execution of projects while maintaining best quality standards.

Qualification: B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/Software/IT/Electronic & Communication(E&C)/Biotechnology/Pharmacy

Job Description

• Engage in ongoing communication with patent Controllers at the patent office, responding to any objections, rejections, or requests for additional information in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and present legal and technical arguments to patent Office to overcome rejections or objections, that includes Responding to Examinations Reports and Attending Hearings. These arguments aim to demonstrate the novelty, Inventive Step, and Industrial Application of the invention
• Make necessary amendments to the patent application to address concerns raised by the patent Office. Ensure that any changes made are consistent with the invention and the client's objectives.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions with patent offices, correspondence with Controllers, and patent-related documentation.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their patent applications, provide updates on the prosecution process, and answer any questions or concerns promptly.

Qualification: Bachelor's/ Master's in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication

Experience: 1-5 Years

• Updating filings on Master Sheet and Apptivo post filing
• Reporting filings to clients via email
• Checking Status of patent applications
• Send various email communications from IPO to client

• Must be able to debug and troubleshoot live site operational issues on priority.
• Willing to learn new and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to handle, new requirements, design, develop and deploy applications independently.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Good communication skills.

Skills:

• Having a Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS & Bootstrap
• Have a good understanding of PHP, MySQL, AJAX, and JSON and can write basic programs.
• Must know basic Database queries. Fetching and filtering data from the database, basic joins, DDL and DML.

Internship Period: 6-12 Months
